All sales are eliglable for a return under our 30 Day return policy excluding Christmas Holiday season which will have a 60 day return policy on sales made on November 1st thru December 31st of every year.
Olivia Paisley will provide a full refund or store credit less original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, original brand packaging and free of defects made by buyer.
Items received after 30 days will not be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three business days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. All return product shall be shipped thru the United States Postal Service Only. Olivia Paisley shall not be responsible for return shipping charges.
Olivia Paisley offer’s exchanges on any item. Buyer will have to pay for returned shipping on an exchange. Olivia Paisley does not charge shipping on exchange (sending a new item to a buyer). Return your item to us, once item is returned, Olivia Paisley will send the new item back to buyer.
*Returns that meet return policies will be issued a refund. Other return exceptions will be issued an online merchandise credit.

END OF YEAR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS)
We are happy that Olivia Paisley is your gift destination. We want you to love your gift or purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept most returns by mail within 60 days of purchase. For the holiday season, Olivia Paisley is extending our return acceptance timeframe. Effective on purchases starting November 1st most merchandise purchased on oliviapaisley.com will be accepted for return until Janurary 31st. Conditions to the 60-day policy are listed below*.

Items purchased online can only be returned by mail to our warehouse.
