Prior to returning any item, please contact our returns department by filling out the return form on our website. We will provide you with written instructions on how to return the product. We offer a full refund or store credit for items received within 30 days of shipment, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and free of defects made by the buyer. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. What is OLIVIA PAISLEY's policy on final sale items?

Final sale items are non-refundable. These items are clearly labeled on the product page, and we kindly ask that you do not ship them back to our warehouse as they will not be refunded.

5. What is OLIVIA PAISLEY's end of year holiday return policy?

For purchases made during the holiday season, we extend our return acceptance timeframe. Most merchandise purchased on oliviapaisley.com will be accepted for return until January 31st. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, and items purchased online must be returned by contacting us or filling out the return form on our website.

6. What are the shipping options available at OLIVIA PAISLEY?

We offer free shipping via Economy Shipping for orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous states. If you require quicker delivery, you can upgrade your shipment for an additional charge. Please note that free shipping is not available for international shipments.

7. What is OLIVIA PAISLEY's international shipping policy?

For our international customers, we offer shipping via FedEx Economy at a flat rate of $30.00. Please be aware that international orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive from the date of shipment. All international orders are final sale, and customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and After Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item has shipped were you will find tracking information.

  • If you make an online account, you can check under placed orders to check order status.

Why didn’t I receive an receipt inside my package?

  • We do not print out any receipt.

  • When you place your order, you will be emailed a receipt with your order details. Refer to this email for returns.

  • We are committed to eliminating waste and pollution to preserve the environment.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Received an incorrect or faulty item? We’re sorry to hear this, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at oliviapaisley.co@gmail.com so we can make it right for you.

  • Oliviapaisley reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 30-day window, or that do not meet the above conditions.

STANDARD RETURNS

  • Follow process below within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Labels and tags must be attached to garment.

  • Product must be unworn/unwashed..

  • Pack the item in original packaging or a secure waterproof package.

  • Make a copy of your return label  and place it on your package, you will need to pay for return postage.

  • Return the package to your local Post Office.

  • Once you drop off your package at your local post office, email us at customercare@oliviapaisley.com
  • Keep your receipt safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.

  • Applies only to Economy Shipping

  • Free shipping offer via Economy Shipping is valid in 48 contiguous states.

  • If you require a quicker delivery than Ground, please upgrade your shipment. Additional charges will apply (Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are excluded).

  • Orders on olivia paisley.com are not available for international shipment.

  • Terms are subject to change without notice.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER? 

  • While completing the check out process, see our real-time shipping calculator for delivery options!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Orders received after 12pm PST/3pm EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Saturday delivery is not available.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM ? 

  • Orders are shipped from Southern California.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

  •  Olivia Paisley does not offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

  • *Returns that meet return policies will be issued a refund. Other return exceptions will be issued an online merchandise credit.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

  • Yes, we do ship and bill internationally at this time. 

I DID NOT RECIVE MY PACKAGE, AND TRACKING SHOWS CONFIRMED DELIVERY? 

  • We’re sorry to hear your package has not been located. Please track your package at FedEx or USPS. If your tracking number shows delivery was made, please contact us so that we can submit a claim to FedEx or USPS.

  • We will make every effort to help you locate your order to replace it. Unfortunately in some cases, we may not be able to replace the item(s) originally ordered. In this case, we will issue an online merchandise credit.

  • Yes, we do price match. If you see a lower price in a different website you can email us at customercare@oliviapaisley.com for price adjustment after placing order.
