Eligibility for Returns

If your new intimate apparel isn’t quite what you hoped for, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Each return is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our criteria, so you can shop with confidence knowing our policy is designed to be fair and convenient. WOODLAND HILLS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Prior to returning any item, Buyer must contact Seller’s returns department by filling out return form (at the bottom of this page) explaining reason for return.
Olivia Paisley in turn shall provide Buyer written instruction on how to return product. Olivia Paisley will provide a full refund or store credit less original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, have not been machine washed, with all original tags attached, original brand packaging and free of defects made by buyer. For your convenience, many Olivia Paisley garments are machine washable, making care easy and practical, but please note that items that have been machine washed are not eligible for return. Our garments are designed to hold their shape and support even after multiple washes, ensuring lasting quality and durability.
Items received after 30 days will not be refunded. Original shipping charges are non refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three business days of receiving the product to be eligible for a free return label. All return product shall be shipped thru the United States Postal Service Only. Olivia Paisley shall not be responsible for return shipping charges. Keep in mind Olivia Paisley is a small business and for this reason we do charge shipping cost to our customers.
Olivia Paisley offer’s exchanges on any item. Buyer will have to pay for returned shipping on an exchange. Olivia Paisley does not charge shipping on exchange (Olivia Paisley sending a new item to a buyer). Return your item to us, once item is returned, Olivia Paisley will send the new item back to buyer.
FINAL SALE INTIMATE APPAREL POLICY
Olivia Paisley will not refund any final sale items. Final sale items are label on the product page at the bottom on description. Do not ship back final sale item back to Olivia Paisley warehouse as item will not be refunded. Returns that meet return policies will be issued a refund. Other return exceptions will be issued an online merchandise credit.

END OF YEAR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY FOR SLEEPWEAR (THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS)
We are happy that Olivia Paisley is your gift destination. We want you to love your gift or purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept most returns by mail within 60 days of purchase. For the holiday season, Olivia Paisley is extending our return acceptance timeframe. Effective on purchases starting December 1st, most merchandise purchased on oliviapaisley.com will be accepted for return until Jan. 31. Conditions to the 60-day policy are listed below*.
